Qualifications:
• Must be able to work well in an environment with multiple interruptions. Must be a self-starter requiring little direction to accomplish tasks with a high level of accuracy, optimism, enthusiasm, and “can-do” attitude. Able to work with multiple business leaders, attend and direct meetings, and coordinate schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based programs (such as Canva, Quickbooks, WordPress, MailChimp, and Facebook).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Two or more years of professional experience in office assistance/management, marketing, communications, or similarly related fields are preferred.

This is a great job with an opportunity to make an impact for the community! This position is a 35 hr. position and requires occasional evenings and weekend hours. The Chamber may consider a part-time person in lieu of 35 hours. Wage is DOE.

heavy equipment and chainsaws, driving a truck and trailer, raking, and ensuring the work site is
clean and safe. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work outdoors in various
weather conditions, and willing to learn and follow all safety protocols. Previous experience in

This individual will perform the duties of a Refrigeration Specialist and assist other maintenance personnel on his/her shift.

Core Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

Operate and maintain High-Pressure Boilers.
Operate and maintain plant-wide ammonia refrigeration systems.
Conduct boiler feed water testing.
Maintain smokehouse and dry-room operations.
Working knowledge of all elements of Process Safety Management.
Perform calibrations on probes, sensors, and devices.
Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
Perform work at higher elevations on lifts/ladders up to 36ft.
Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities.
Fulfill plant-wide duties as HAZMAT first responder.
Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests in a timely & effective manner.
Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices.
Understanding operations of Wastewater Treatment Plant and perform duties when designated operator is not on-site.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience should include comprehensive knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
RETA Certification
2nd Class B Boiler License (preferred)
Ammonia Refrigeration
Engine & Boiler systems
Electricity & motor controls
Controls & instrumentation
PLC/software & hardware
Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Mechanical systems
Predictive/Predictive maintenance
Maintenance Planning
Site utilities
System analysis & troubleshooting
Pipefitting
Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently are also required for this position.
Preference will be given to candidates with a certification or degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance and/or related college or technical level course work.
This is a full time hourly position; all applicants should be willing to work all shifts (days/evenings/overnights), extended hours and weekends.
